He did MP State Health Services in various places like Bastar, Seoni Malwa & Hoshangabad, now known as Narmdapurum about 40 years. He was retired as Dental Specialist class one officer post from District Hospital, Hoshangabad as Head of Department of Dental Department on may 1982.In govt. service He was trained Advance Trauma Life Support(ATLS) course at AIIMS New Delhi for best & advance treatment of trauma patients. He was only one who was selected from MP for Special Dentistry Course of Health Departmentog Govt.of India at Post Graduation Institute of Medical Science ,Chandigarh. In govt. srvice He was Nodal Officer National Oral Health Program & National Tobacco Control Program. He worked as RMO of District Hospital, incharge Civil Surgeon of District Hospital Hoshangabad ,Member of District clinical Establishment Committee for Registration of Nursing Home & Clinic in Hoshangabad
He did so many Dental treatment advance courses & Attended State & National Conferences like Osteem implant courses, endodontic courses, for upgradation of knowledge for best and latest treatment of patient .since 1994 till continue now
